10kV 630kVA Amorphous Alloy Core Dry Type Transformer

Amorphous Alloy dry type transformers are the supporting productions of our company.Ten years’accumulation of technology and practice ensures the high quality in the process of designing,developing and manufacturing transformers.With the advanced HEDRICH vacuum casting equipment ,foil spooling equipment and silicon steel sheet cutting equipment ,we can manufacture top-quality transformers.

We developed series of SC10/SCB10 epoxy dry type transformers by ourselves in 2004,and series of SC10－400/10、SCB10－2000/10 passed all tests including sudden short-circuit test conducted by the National Transformer Quality Supervising and Testing Center.Furthermore , SC10－400/10passed three special tests including the lattest class F1 burning test,class E2 environmental test and class C2 climate test.The tests results show that series of SC10/SCB10have reached the most advanced level in our country.In 2005,we developed 35KV SCZ10－16000/35epoxy dry type transformers by ourselves and successfully passed all tests including sudden short-circuit test conducted by the National Transformer Quality Supervising and Testing Center.This represents that our company has ascended to the top field in manufacturing epoxy dry type transformers.
